Hands of Brama Massage and Spa is located in Bukoto, Plot 802, along Mukalazi Road.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of spa professionals to deliver exceptional service and create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.

  • Operations: Oversee day-to-day spa operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for clients and staff.

  • Customer Experience: Maintain a high standard of customer service, addressing client concerns, and ensuring a positive spa experience.

  • Staff Development: Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, providing training and support to enhance the skills of spa staff.

  • Financial Management: Manage spa budgets, inventory, and revenue targets, implementing strategies to maximize profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in spa management.

  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

  • Customer Focus: Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
